1. You can NOT re-sell OR give away OR lend out these avatars.
   They do not legally belong to you. You've only purchased permission to use.
   
2. You can NOT alter the avatars, unless you are only changing colors or markings. Adding, removing, resizing, or dramatically changing the appearance of the avatars will not be tolerated UNLESS you have permission. Do not be afraid to contact Tiamat if you have any questions.
   
3. You MUST have your dream encrypted. To do this, in your DreamEd.exe, go to Patches > Dream Settings. Under the title Safety, make sure the box is checked. This insure that nobody will steal that patch. If you can't do this, then you cannot use the patch.
   
4. You must register the name of the alt that will be uploading the dream you will be using the avatar in with Tiamat.
   
5. You may NOT use a different alt to upload the dream, and still use the avatar. This will cause confusion and false accusations of thievery.
   
6. Additional alt names must pay additional registration fee.
   
7. No. You can NOT say that you changed the name of your dream, or want to use a different alt to upload and need to trade out the name on the list.
   
8. If your alt's name is not listed under the avatar name, you may NOT use that avatar.
   
9. If you want to purchase the Copyrights to the avatar in order to sell, give out, control use permissions, and alter the avatars it will cost 200 GDS.

Instructions:
Email Tiamat (tiamatATdragonsoulgallery.com) with the name of the avatar you're interested in, and the exact name of the alt you will be using to upload your dream(s).
